Citigroup, also known as “Citibank,” sought to tailor its financial guidance to individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. Citigroup aimed to provide financial guidance tailored specifically to these communities—an audience historically underserved in the financial sector. The resulting campaign was both informative and visually engaging, combining accessible design with a tone that reflected the lived experiences of these individuals.
